Adams is District Champion!
In a hotly
contested game, Rochester Adams is the District Champion for the second
year in a row with a win over Troy-Athens at Rochester high school
tonight. Adams Dominated the first and second periods, taking a 6
point lead into the locker room at the half. Athens came out to
play in the third, dominating the quarter, then taking the lead.
The fourth quarter began with Adams sophomore Jake Heinrich blasting
away, eventually sinking a game total and career high 24 points to close
out the game with Adams on top. The final score was Adams 62, Troy
Athens 54. The next game will be Tuesday night against the winner
of the Novi District. The game will be played at Troy Athens at
6:00 PM. Click
