Adams 40   Eisenhower 52

The Highlander Roundballers opened their season on the road at Utica
Eisenhower. Adams returns 6 seniors to their squad. Paced by seniors John
Wilson and Dan Bruce, and the ball hawking of Mike Tolomei,  Adams made a game
of it until fading and losing 52-40. Wilson finished with 16 points, with 4
three-pointers. Bruce tallied 11.  The Adams interior defense  held the "Ike"
big men in check all evening, but Highlander turnovers were costly, leading to
many easy baskets for Eisenhower. Pendy lead the victors with 16 points, 9 of
which were in the first quarter. Adams next plays at home against Avondale on
12-14-04.
